By purchasing, downloading, or using Saymail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Saymail on up to 5 computers that you own or control. This license is for personal or business use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Saymail
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the software for unlawful purposes
• Share your license key publicly

4. Free Trial

Saymail offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No registration or credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, a license purchase is required for continued use.

5. Payment and Pricing

Saymail is sold as a one-time purchase at the price listed at the time of purchase. All prices are in euros (EUR). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@saymail.eu. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

7. Updates

Your license includes all future updates to Saymail at no additional cost. We make no guarantee about the frequency or scope of updates.

8. Affiliate Program

Participation in the Saymail Affiliate Program is subject to additional terms. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terminate affiliate accounts for fraud or abuse, and withhold payouts pending investigation.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Saymail is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your email data is stored locally and is your responsibility to back up.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Saymail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Saymail shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

12. Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon revocation, you must stop using Saymail and delete all copies.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Saymail after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
