Redeem your credit code

Your credit code is in your receipt email. Follow these steps to add the credits to your Saymail account.

    Open Saymail

    If you don't have Saymail installed yet, download it for your platform.

    Go to Settings → Licensing

    Click the gear icon in Saymail and choose Licensing in the side navigation.

    Paste your code and click Redeem

    Paste the code from your receipt into the 'Redeem credit code' field and press Redeem. Your balance updates immediately.

Got this as a gift?

Credits are added to whichever Saymail account redeems the code, so the person buying credits can just forward the receipt email to you. No accounts to link, no extra steps.

I get "Code not found" — what now?

Wait about a minute and try again. The code is created the moment LemonSqueezy processes your payment, but it takes a few seconds to reach our system. If the error persists after a few minutes, contact support.

It says the code is already redeemed.

Each code can be used only once. If you received the code as a gift, check with the buyer that they haven't already redeemed it themselves. If you believe this is in error, contact support with your order number.

I can't find my receipt email.

Check your spam folder for an email from Lemon Squeezy. If you can't find it, contact support with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
